Payments Change Manager - Banking - Contract - LondonI have an excellent role within my clients Global Payments and Cash Management team, working within one of the leading banks in London. This Change role requires that you support the development and execution of a number of global programmes, interacting closely with local, regional and global stakeholders to execute the product development life cycle. Involvement with Global Matrix management is essential to be successful on this project, and an understanding of PCM and Liquidity Product Management will be advantageous!
This role is offering a 6 month rolling contract and a daily rate of up to £700 has been signed off for the correct applicant, based on experience, current situation and relevance to this position.
To be considered for this role you must have:
Strong Banking and Finance background
- Experience working with numerous stakeholders across multiple geographies and operating with senior management is VITAL for this role
- Prince II Certification.
- Exposure to Cash Management products
- Excellent communication and team working skills across all levels of management - Global matrix management.
- Experience using Six Sigma principles and methods to drive out inefficiencies within the process, planning and designing stages of the change delivery
- At ease adapting to different environments, ability to motivate and lead a successful team
- Decision making and project management experience is essential
- Commercial Awareness, strong customer service ethic
- Strong attention to detail and ability to challenge information presented
- Ability to elicit requirements from the business in an accurate and timely manner
- Expert knowledge on MS Excel and strong MS Word and MS PowerPoint skills
