I'm currently recruiting for an interim workforce planner to join an interesting assignment for a an Acute Trust in the South East of England. You will be working alongside the deputy director of HR and workforce information manager, leading the production of a local workforce development plan that supports the delivery of the commissioning strategy.Key Skills:
- Must have significant experience in strategic workforce planning within the NHS
- Experience with information analysis, interpretation and report writing
- High level analytical and problem solving skills of complex workforce data and plans
- Must have strong negotiation skills, influencing various stakeholders within the organisation
This position will be initially for 6 months with huge potential of extension paying a competitive day rate.
