Description
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Professional and be highly proficient in Workforce Planning.Reporting to the HR Director, the postholder will lead on the development of Workforce plans, Future capacity planning and the creation of a Workforce Planning template that can be rolled out across the Trust.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strategic Workforce planning experience gained within the NHS
- Experience with information analysis, interpretation and report writing
- High level analytical and problem solving complex workforce data
- Strong negotiation skills and influencing skills
This position will be initially for 6 months with potential for extension due to the scope of the work and the size of the Trust.
