Description
After reviewing the operating model of the corporate communications function in a Swiss bank, a new global target operating model (TOM) and organizational setup has been designed. The new TOM now needs to be implemented in the organization.These are your Tasks in this role:
- Supervise and drive global implementation of agreed changes to the operating model / organizational setup
- Support/coach Corporate Communications leaders and staff in delivering against specific TOM implementation activities
- Regular reporting to Head of Corporate Communications / Corporate Communications COO / Implementation Lead on implementation progress
- Timely escalation of any significant implementation challenges
The following skills are required:
- You possess excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Change management skills
- Experience of working in an international and global environment
- Your operation method is well structured and organized
- You have the ability to assert oneself.
- Able to deliver against agreed objectives without losing stakeholders
- Fluent English and good German skills in writing and speaking are must.
- Corporate Communications and banking background would be a plus.
Start: ASAP (upon arrangement)
Duration: 6 Month (with Option to extension)
Contract: Contract
Pensum: Full time
Salary: market standards
Work place: Area of Zurich
