Real are currently recruiting for a global policy support analyst for a leading bank in London. This is a contract role that is looking to last 6 months and will be paying up to £25 per hour.The purpose of this is role to support the Policy and Policy Standards team on the production of data, key processes and projects.
Core accountabilities of this role include:
- Assist in providing accurate and explanatory management information.
- Assist in extracting and maintaining pipeline data and review timelines.
- Support the successful delivery and effective communication of high quality Policies and Policy Standards and all key milestones for the Policy Function.
- Provide support for governance processes relating to the development and approval of Global Policies and Global Policies and Standards.
- Review end to end processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement and ensuring sufficient control and risk mitigation is in place.
- Assist with enhancing the processes and supporting technology for Policies and Policy Standards delivery.
- Promote the cultural, behavioural and organisational changes necessary within the compliance function and the business to achieve continuous improvement.
- Promote the businesses values to achieve the goal of becoming the "Go-To" bank.
- Embed the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate "Go-To" success through the 5 Cs.
Role requirements:
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards.
Professional/technical experience:
- Demonstrated experience in the regulatory space of a financial services firm desirable.
- Experience in producing detailed management information utilising Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
