Governance Manager/Clinical Governance Manager/Lead:I am currently working with a Large Acute Trust who is currently looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Governance Manager with a strong passion for Patient Safety and Quality improvement and a proven track record within the NHS. To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of the following:
- Evidence of improved quality and achieved outcomes
- Strong experience in Serious untowards Investigations
- Influencing the content of quality indicators/Dashboards
- Experience in Quality impact assessments
- Experience using DATIX
- Reporting Skills
- Patient Safety experience
- Lead on improvements to the Board Assurance framework
- Knowledge of current CQC regulations
- Nursing experience / background (Desirable)
