Serious Incident Manager / Clinical Quality Assurance Manager

I am currently looking for a clinical Quality & Assurance Nurse to work for a trust based in East England.

Key Skills and experience:

- Must be a registered general Nurse
- Must be RCA trained
- Strong clinical knowledge and background
- Someone who can push back on investigators
- Hands on experience with SI's - (writing reports and action plans, lessons learnt)

- Able to work autonomously with little direction
- Strong decision making skills
- A Self starter and excellent communicator

Day to day duties:

- Scrutinise RCA's and follow up with challenges to the provider organisations.
- Directly manage the SI process from reports to sign off.
- Someone who is able and willing to push back on investigators.
- To support the clinical quality lead and free up their diary.

Duration: 3 months
Rate: dependant on experience
Location: East Of England
