Description
Citrix SpecialistCitrix Specialist. We are looking for a experienced person in Citrix support for our client in the financial sector in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Second and Third Level Support of the Citrix infrastructure, of the VDI environment and of the Juniper and Netscaler gateways
- Performing Change Management (server patching, software updates etc.)
- Writing and updating technical documentations and SOP
- Providing regular on-call support 7 days a week and participating in weekend and evening work (BCM and Infra maintenance)
- Taking part in infrastructure projects
Your experience/skills:
- Experience in supporting Citrix and VDI environments (min. 5 years)
- Good knowledge in supporting Remote Access solutions (min. 5 years)
- Expertise in actual virtualization products from various vendors, for example Citrix Presentation Server 4, Citrix XenApp 6, 6.5 and 7.5, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Netscaler, SCCM, VMware, Juniper gateway and AppV
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
