MissiON
The project consists in launching a new product, in collaboration with external technical partners , and is divided into several tracks:
- A Sales & Marketing track
- An IT Development track (software)
- A Technical track (audit, engineering and installation, hardware)
- A training track
The program manager has overall responsibility for the project , manages the members of the project team, ensures the relationship with internal departments (IT, FIN , marketing , sales, ... ) who are part of the project team and will eventually take over the project in the run mode.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of a detailed action plan for the Flexibility Services project team
Follow-up on the progress of the project: ensure that the project is tailored to the operational objective, making sure that deadlines, budget and content (SLAs) are met in accordance with organizational requirements, quality standards and methodology, anticipate risks, changes, or scope changes so that adjustments can be made on time.
Working with colleagues from Retail, Legal, Finance, Trading & Supply, Purchasing and IT, as well as external parties (IT developers, technical partner) in order to ensure that the implementation of the project runs smoothly.Ensure that the departments that will take over the project in the run mode provide their cooperation and buy-in.
Escalate problems if necessary and advise on appropriate solutions
Report in a transparent manner on the overall progress and budget status
Ensure that the right amount of skilled people (both internal and external) are at all times present to achieve the business objectives.
7Assist the Program Sponsor in the internal decision-making
COMPETENCES
We are looking for a 60-70% commercial profile (sales/projects) and 30-40% technical/IT as the focus will on mobilising and train the sales force to sell this new product.On the technical/IT aspect the focus will be on choosing a third party and entering into a contract with them; the technical expertise will lie with them.

Knowledge
project management in a commercial-technical context (not necessarily energy related)
knowledge of the energy sector is a plus
Experience
Senior level: min 6-8 years relevant experience
LANGUAGES
English + either French or Dutch (both being a plus)
