I am currently working with a Clinical Commissioning Group based in the South West of London and am looking to recruit an Interim Senior Corporate Governance Facilitator for a 2- 3 Month contract.The main duties and skill sets required of the Interim Senior Corporate Governance Facilitator are as follows:
* Background in Corporate Governance, Risk and Assurance
* Experience of minute taking
* Writing meeting agendas
* Preparing and producing relevant documentation for committee board meetings
* Worked within a Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)
* Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
