As a graphic designer with SmartBug Media, you will play a pivotal role in the creative process for the websites, visual content, e-books and corporate identity. This means you’ll get to conceive and work on a variety of different projects for different clients. We have very strong UI/UX team and you’ll have the chance to see your vision come to live in an environment where we and our clients trust and embrace your creative abilities.We’re looking for responsible graphic designers that have experience working remotely and delivering high-quality work based on current design trends and standards. You’ll be challenged everyday with clients in in technology, healthcare and consumer products. • Highly proficient in all Adobe CS products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Skilled in design, typography, grid and layout
• Experience creating responsive website designs
• Illustration experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a “don’t cut corners” attitude
• Expertise in print-related layout such as brand identity and marketing collateral
• Ability to hit production deadlines without compromising quality or attention to detail
• Expertise with ebook design and layout a plus
• Experience working remotely and/or with distributing teams
• Multitasking ability and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications:

• Degree in graphic design, fine arts or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in graphic design and a portfolio to share
• Agency experience a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work with little supervision
• Passionate and a process improver
• Not afraid to speak up and contribute to a better project
• Values, ethics and integrity
• Strong attention to detail
• Fun to work with
