Your tasks:
- Providing guidance and management of the ICL Harmonize training curriculums in the following work streams: Business Management (Finance and Controlling), Marketing and Sales (Sales and Distributions - focus is on sales), Procurement, Human Capital Management
- You will work in Israel (Beer Sheva) and Germany (Ludwigshafen) the split will be 60 / 40 between the two locations
Your qualifications
- Experience in FICO / SD and MM (Procurement) training development
- Experience in Procurement - preferably with Ariba, CRM - Sales Force and Order to Sales, Marketing and Credit processes, SuccessFactors
- Experience in training material development and delivery
- Ability to provide learning expertise / mentoring to the work stream training developers, manage quality and track development against the plan
- Experience in training content development (e.g. High Level Design, Detailed design, build PowerPoints, exercises, scenarios, Trainer guide)
- Experience in management / coaching of training development resources, delivery of Train-the-Trainer, setting up and managing Training data on the Training Client
