SENIOR MSO SOLUTION MANAGERWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Senior MSO Solution Manager, to join their business in the Netherlands, UK, or Belgium.
REQUIREMENTS
• Develop industry vision and engage with CXO/director level operator customers in EMEA.
• Promote full range of products / solutions to customers
• Take the technical lead role in supporting important sales projects, meet customers, understand their requirements, design a solution to fit their need, and present the solution to customers
• Work with operators in practical innovations in features and solutions, etc.
• Prioritize customer requirements for R&D and take responsibility for product’s competitiveness
QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of MSO solution consultant/sales experience in a major MSO vendor, specifically GI, Ziggo,Cisco, Arris, CASA
• Rich experience in MSO network, including CMTS, IP, etc
• Strong understanding of technologies for MSO operators, including CPEs, network infrastructures, content delivery
• Good understanding of the MSO industry and market
• Excellent collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders
• Good ability to listen and understand customer needs
