Service Delivery Manager - SC Clearance - BirminghamMarket leading organisation requires a Service Delivery Manager with SC Clearance to work from their Birmingham offices with some travel to London.
As the successful Service Delivery Manager you must have extensive experience with ITIL framework and have experience building the ITIL service offerings using best practice. Red Badge on V2 or V3 is necessary.
You will be primarily on-boarding the projects into service.
This is a a project where you will have to put into place quite a lot of process, so you must be proficient in writing process procedures, creating documentation and implementing thereafter.
