IT Procurement Manager- Brussels, French, Dutch, Telco, SAP, Purchasing
Reporting: The IT Procurement Manager will formally report to the Head of IT Procurement.
Tasks:
Follow-up of periodic contract renewals for Software Licensing and Telco
Evaluate vendor responses
Prepare contract negotiations
Interact with internal IT account managers, service managers and business representatives
Translate business demands into service requirements
Skills:
Extensive experience in a purchasing function
Punctual and result oriented
Comfortable in working in a multi-cultural, multi-language environment
Good command of English both verbal and in writing, other European languages are an asset.
Good communication skills
Hands-on
Ability to work independent
Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of IT services
Extensive experience in negotiating and managing IT contracts in the area of Software Licensing and Telecom
Knowledge about international trade regulations
Experience in working with SAP systems
Education:
Master degree in business, IT or procurement
Duration:
Temporary, Full time position
Expected duration three months +
Location:
Base location Brussels.
Willingness to travel to a limited extent
