Role:
  • Lead a manufacturing shift within our R&D Pilot Plant Drug Product manufacturing area.
  • Ensuring the manufacturing area delivers to the requirements of the pilot plant manufacturing schedule, including the development and promotion of an always ready culture.
  • Maintain the highest GMP standards in all that you do, increasing RFT and minimizing non conformance.

Qualifications and essential functions for this position:
  • 3+ years' experience within the pharmaceutical sector of dispensing and materials handling, blending, and powder filling, for process development and clinical manufacture. To include equipment setup, operation and clean down.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Supervisor in a Pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong technical writing skills with respect to protocol/report writing, batch record and SOP writing. Experience of root cause analysis/investigations and timely closure of non-conformance.
  • Experience of GMP operations in manufacturing environments including assurance that equipment, rooms, and personnel are set up appropriately for all clinical manufacturing and process development operations.
  • Good team working skills with experience of supervising/managing staff on different work patterns and scheduling tasks/activities in the area.
  • An understanding of the requirement to meet project and team orientated goals and the ability to create win-win relationships with other functions to meet these goals.
  • The ability to work different work patterns as required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organisation.
