Client Relationship Manager to join a Top Tier E-commerce company in London
The role holder will be required to:
- Understand and proactively identify client needs to effectively communicate them internally as well as liaise closely with clients throughout campaigns/projects
- Manage and keep track of multiple projects simultaneously, managing internal/external timelines, meetings, project status and client communications
- Complete ownership of client projects from start through to completion, ensuring they are on time, on budget and of the highest quality
- Possesses knowledge around or willingness to learn omnichannel marketing focus relating to performance marketing channels, tools and design (Email, SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate, eCommerce websites)
- Provides appropriate level of support to new business initiatives and existing client growth
