The Client
Green Park are partnering a rapidly growing digital/pure play e-tailer through a period of business transformation by appointing an Interim Chief Marketing Officer to assist with their continued development and brand positioning.

The Interim Assignment
This will be a key board assignment which encompasses everything through executive relationship management; digital marketing, E-commerce trading, team management of 50 FTE's while assisting with roadmap development; You will be heavily looking into digital marketing content, marketing revenue creation and digital marketing strategy.
This individual will be operating as Chief Marketing Officer with the full breadth of responsibility inherent in such a position, but within a defined scope of Customer & Consumer within a digital environment.

Additionally we are also considering appointment of a Head of Digital within the same e-tailer to assist with digital revenue creation, if we appoint the Head of Digital, this will be a 3 month assignment and will report directly to the CMO.

The Interim Manager
You will need to be an established proven CMO/Digital CEO within a rapidly growing .com environment to be considered for this opportunity, ideally you will have grown your career through a substantial pure play/e-tailer.
In addition to being a proven commercial CMO we will also require an individual with superb management and interpersonal skills; you will be responsible for driving forward a newly established team as well as having Board stakeholder engagement.
