Senior UX Researcher - London, Leeds or Newcastle - p/d
User Experience Researcher, UX Research, Depth Interviews, Focus Groups, Ethnographic research, persona/scenario development, competitor analysis, site reviews, prototype testing, running innovation workshops
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX researcher for a 6 month contract with a major government depart based in either London, Leeds or Newcastle.
You will be part of a specialist team of UX researchers working with stakeholders within the public sector defining digital products that will enhance the lives of people in UK by allowing them interact more effectively with government services online.
You should be experienced with the full range of UX research activitives including Depth Interviews, Focus Groups, Ethnographic research, persona/scenario development, competitor analysis, site reviews, prototype testing and running innovation workshops and you'll have excellent presentation skills being able to present clean clear deliverables to mixed audiences.
Ideally you'll be an experienced UX researcher with an educational background in HCI, ergonomics, psychology or other relevant area.
