Description
Description- An initial inbound or outbound welcome call to the new advertiser,
- Confirmation of contact information including email, review of products, research of advertiser pre-call to make recommendation and edits to online presence
- Review and update basic website or simple online changes for the advertiser,
- Gather additional business content and information for product fulfillment, order management, and review of what happens next and who to call.
Mandatory:
- Minimum of High School Diploma/GED required. Some College or degree preferred.
- Bilingual Preferred.
- A minimum of a 6 months to one year experience customer management
- Strong business acumen or ability to demonstrate professionalism - prior experience in a professional business setting highly preferred Familiarity with small businesses preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service/call center role
- Prior experience with online advertising
- Prior experience with website design
- Prior experience in a consultative type role
