Marketing Executive - Loughborough - £30,000 per annum + depending on experience - 12 Month Contract

Our client a Global manufacturing company is seeking a Marketing Executive to be based in Loughborough on an initial 12 Month Contract.

Responsibilities:
*Prepare and implement annual business plans for the Prosthodontic range of products, to ensure achievement of UK & Ireland Regional CIP within allocated A&P expenditure.
*Responsibility for new product launches to include VOC pre-launch, pricing, forecasting, channel listing where appropriate - following the 'gates with teeth NPI process'
*Track performance v CIP for products within portfolio and provide sales & marketing management team and sales team with direction and guidance regarding strategies and tools to meet CIP targets.
*Management of A&P budget ESPE product ranges including zero budgeting, ROI metrics and sample allocation.
*Production and stock control of literature and promotional support items ensuring effective support of the sales team function.
*Participation in Global and European projects as agreed to support implementation of Global and European ESPE Business Plan
*To work with channel partners and develop joint marketing strategies to ensure engagement with ESPE products and initiatives
*Management of non-technical customer enquiries.
*To pro-actively work with Customer Services and the Channel team to ensure Sales & Operations process (demand planning) secures the appropriate level of stocks to support customer demand and well managed inventory levels for designated products.
*To work closely with the sales function to develop plans appropriate to their needs and those of their customers.
*Maintain existing and develop new working relationships with relevant Industry publications & Dental Associations and Key Opinion Leaders.
*To develop and maintain adequate competitor information files including product literature, positioning, pricing, new product introductions and sales force information.
*To maximise the E-business opportunities by constantly reviewing and implementing e-marketing strategies appropriate to the business and customer base.

Products being marketed: (Prosthodontic Portfolio)
- Protemp - Crown and Bridge materials
- Imprint - Silicone teeth moulding imprint system (quick setting time)
- Impregum - Impression material - teeth moulding system (soft & quick)
- Lava - Digital impressions
- Relyx - Dental cement

Required Skills/Experience:
*Understanding of theoretical marketing concepts.
*Computer confident with working knowledge of Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail and the Internet.
*Proven marketing experience essential, sales experience preferred
*Mature outlook. Well organised individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Self-motivated team player able to work alone using own initiative.
*Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise effectively
*Degree level or equivalent, preferably in business management or life science. CIM Diploma preferred

They will be working on Global and European Projects to to support ESPE business plan. They will be working closely with the customer services and sales team to ensure availability of stock, inventory and NPI information and literature is available. They will be building close working relationships with Dental professionals and Key Opinion Leaders.

We need someone with a relevant Marketing, Business or Life Sciences degree with CIM Diploma (desired). Candidates will be strong marketers from a large organisation dealing with products, rather than services. If they have come from a Health Care background that would be great, but this is not essential.
