Description

Job Summary:
  • This position is critical to the continued growth of the company's advertiser base.
  • This position will be responsible for numerous email and direct mail campaigns.
  • This position will report directly to the Vice President of Campaign Management and Business Development.
Job Details:
  • Responsible for the direct marketing programs for B2B (SMBs) acquisition and cross sell campaigns.
  • Develop the core strategy, financial, creative briefs, and tactical plans for direct mail and email programs.
  • Responsible for the top line (leads, sales) and bottom line (CPL, ROI) of direct marketing programs.
  • Responsible for the development, testing, and deployment of customer referral program
  • Coordinate with agencies, reporting, marketing operations, and sales support to ensure flawless and on-time execution.
  • Create/manage test plans for initial and ongoing campaign optimization
  • Develop, manage and optimize microsites/landing pages to support direct marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage programs to improve/optimize inbound call volume
  • Coordinate results tracking and project status reviews
  • Develop future campaign calendar and sales forecast
SKILLS:

Mandatory:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience with exceptional program management skills
  • MBA/BA in Marketing
  • Strong understanding of all marketing channels (Broadcast, Digital, Direct, etc.) and integrated marketing
  • Technical understanding of Eloqua and SFDC desired
  • Must be a self-starter, with the a strong track record of working successfully in a Matrix organization
  • Strong success track of managing programs at scale
  • Over the top project/program ownership
  • Overall fire in the belly to hit the deliverable and make an impact
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience working with advertising agencies and digital production firms
  • Strong financial and analytic skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
