I am looking for someone who knows the latest version of Wordpress inside out, knows the plugins and can offer me options, rather than relying on me to direct them to specific design elements.
I need the content to be fully changeable by me, whether via Wordpress or some other means (I have sufficient programming skill to read HTML and adjust small things) as, unfortunately, things need to change reasonably frequently on my website.
If these 4 pages go well, I have many more things that need updating across the site - these are just the most urgent and important pages.
My budget is reasonably flexible, but I'm looking for the right combination of expertise and price.
