Primary Tasks and responsibilities
Manage regional projects with varying levels of complexity.
Specify project requests, taking into account the necessary guidelines and procedures.
Group, prioritize and optimise those requests.
Take responsibility for gathering project requirements and follow-up on the delivery of the solution by other teams.
Follow agreed project methodology
Function as a team builder for projects managed.
Track, schedule and manage issues to ensure commitment dates and project deliverables are met.
Technical profile requirements
Project management experience (plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.).
Technical writing skills to write proper requirements documents.
Non-Technical Profile Requirements
Passionate about digital marketing and new media.
Track record delivering digital projects
Creative and innovative thinking, required for the development of digital strategies.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Strong partnering skills to interface directly with business partners to identify, plan and deliver digital strategies and projects.
Strong project management skills.
Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous projects with limited supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Methodology/Certification Requirements
Masters degree (preferred) or bachelor degree with relevant experience.
Project management qualification preferred
Language proficiencies: -English and Dutch spoken and written.
