Senior Technical Recruiter
Awesome opportunity for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join a dynamic technology and services company.
You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting including meeting with hiring managers to gather job requirements, sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers with candidates. You will focus 80% on technical recruiting and 20% on corporate/business positions.
You will be working closely with the technical teams and business so you must be very consultative.
This is a 3 month contract with option to extend or convert based in Buckhead. You will have the option to telecommute one day a week after you get established. Any experience with software firms, digital media, and advertising would be a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Full life cycle recruiting experience (gathering job requirements to extending offers)
- Strong experience working directly with hiring managers to gather position requirements
- Experience sourcing passive candidates
- High energy and consultative personality
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to handle high volume recruiting
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment
