Description
My client who are a leading name in the Energy and utilities industry are currently looking for a Contract Manager to join them.
Role:
This role is to support the CNI Data Centre project which needs a dedicated Commercial/Procurement resource which cannot be supplied through the current procurement team.
Understanding the clients project and business needs, translation of those into supplier negotiation, then formalisation of contract and commercial documentation.
Experience:
IT industry background, commercial skills, negotiating
Knowledge of Data Centre contracts an advantage
UK commercial understanding, negotiation processes, work pack, contract and commercial agreement writing and reviewing
