Overview
Purpose of the CIS Content Integration Team
-The Content Integration team is a small, global team (5 people) within the Customer Implementation Services (CIS) organization (300+ people), producing content to help customers understand implementation processes.
-The team's objective is to improve customer satisfaction by simplifying and demystifying processes while also reducing the need to explain processes to customers.
-Content will cover what is it?, who needs it?, when do you need it? as well as, most importantly, how to do it?
-Outputs are both pdf brochures/process guides and supporting, animated eLearning content with process flows and background information.

-Build and design customer-facing pdf brochure/process guides and eLearning outputs

Role
* We are looking for somebody with a strong design/presentation background that can independently take responsibility for the presentation layer of the materials we produce.
* You must be able to produce solutions and propose creative alternatives, not just work to a remit - the job involves taking full ownership of the finished products from a look and feel perspective
* The role would suit somebody with a strong design background that is interested in working very closely with and understanding the underlying business processes.
* Extremely high level of design skills and creativity required - you will be responsible for proposing and building creative ways of visually representing complex processes
* Content will be process focused; maintenance, reusability and consistency across processes will be a key consideration when defining tools and templates, as will the ability for non-designers and non-technical experts to use templates to build process training materials quickly.
* Ensuring all solutions align with standards - working with other teams to 'steal' good ideas and to build support for proposals not considered standard
* Producing content that describes key business processes and improving the final outputs from other team members to produce a high quality and consistent product.
* Additional key aspects of the role:
-Collaboration - close collaboration required with subject matter experts to build the final customer-facing product
-Attention to Detail - persistence and patience required to ensure all details are addressed and the final product is best-in-class. Multiple iterations will be required.
-Completer Finisher - strong focus on completion, obtaining sign-offs, gathering input and feedback, moving outputs into production.
-Adaptable, Fast Learner - the team is small (4 members) so you must be willing and able to do a bit of everything.
-Self-Sufficient - all other team members are based in Belgium and London. You will be the only member of the Content Integrator team based in Pune.

Essential knowledge, skills and experience
-Self-motivated
-Able to work independently within tight schedules on relatively complex projects
-Highly creative with strong presentation/design skills
-Strong written skills (English)
-Proven ability to provide high quality content in short time frames
-Proven ability and willingness to work as a collaborative member of a project team
-Design experience - building high quality content from a layout/design perspective
-Training experience - experience building training content across various media
-Experience designing graphics, icons and producing top quality layout using Adobe products, notably Illustrator and InDesign
-Experience building e-learning, process documentation and dynamic training content using tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.
-Ideally with experience building 2D animations - notably Adobe After Effects or Apple Keynote
-Ideally with experience of 3D animations tools - notably MODO
-Ideally with experience with process improvement & process documentation projects, including process diagrams, process improvement methodologies.
-Ability to build strong working relationships and to interact well with the customer, internal and/or external business partners, and varying levels of management
-Self-starter with ability to work independently
-Very comfortable with all MS Office tools
-Very comfortable learning new software.
