Description

My client, an NHS organisation based in London are recruiting for an experienced Governance Officer to support their corporate governance function and Board.

In this role you will split your time across secretariat duties, governance development and support and risk management. Your main duties will include;
  • Administration of Governing Body meetings and subcommittees
  • Presenting governance information to external bodies
  • Reviewing Terms of Reference
  • Maintaining corporate governance records
  • Risk register management
  • Report writing


To be successful in this role you must have similar experience within an NHS organisation and be confident enough to hit the ground running.
