Description:
Subject of the work is to prepare and execute detailed change management and communication plan, including training content, planning and quality tracking to ensure, that new processes, responsibilities and skills will successfully land in the organization.
Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day execution of the IT CM plan.
Lead execution of the Training strategy/plan:
o ensure training materials are available to support deployment.
o ensure preparation activities for IT training delivery are completed to plan - user set up, tablet deployment etc.
Liaises with the business to ensure effective coordination of the IT training deployment plan - venues, technology deployment/set up, user support
Supports delivery of IT training to the business - may include delivery of training courses, validation of effectiveness of business owned training delivery.
Track training delivery & effectiveness - prepare dashboards, reporting, status updates for local and global stakeholders. .
Own the Communications plan for IT:
o develop effective communications materials (presentations, videos, newsletters etc.)
o support communication plan execution & coordination
o track the effectiveness of IT CM activities (surveys etc. to address business readiness)
Work with the business to manage gaps/change impacts relating to the deployment of new technology solution.
The Required Skills are as follows:
Strong experience in executing structured change management activities within major IT or business related projects
Robust knowledge of change management best practices and proven track record of delivering effective change management within projects.
Demonstrates an ability to drive results in within a highly collaborative culture, ability to lead through personal influence v's hierarchical authority!
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the MCBC business.
Experience working in a global environment.
Fluent in Czech.
