Orchard are currently recruiting a Marketing Account Manager for a leading UK based real estate organisation. This is a 12 month contract, managing one of the key accounts within the groups portfolio.Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for this account. Your main focus will be on driving footfall and awareness to this location. This will achieved through both online and off-line marketing techniques including; social, digital, CRM, PR, events and internal communications.
This is a great opportunity for a driven, autonomous individual with experience implementing integrated marketing strategies. You will have full accountability for this account and will regularly report back to the Marketing Director with updates and analysis on targeted marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have proven marketing strategy management experience from within a retail or property management background. You will have a solid background in digital and off-line communications with experience managing 3rd party agencies.
