We have a number of Solution Design roles available in Edinburgh on initial 12 month contracts.
Roles: Deliver end to end design for an initiative required to realise the banks strategic objectives or mandatory obligations.
Solution Design Manager
- Designing customer solutions using customer insight, staff feedback and market insights
- Explain and present complex technical and business ideas
- Strong communication & relationship management skills
- Significant change management experience, understanding of business and technical architecture, financial planning (costs and benefits) and operational metrics
Solution Design Analyst
- Defining project objectives, scope and approach to requirements analysis and solution design
- Defining and documenting detailed business target operating models for business functions
- understand business processes ("as - is" vs "to - be" processes)
- Documenting and analysing organisation design from a people perspective
- Defining business requirements
- Developing business cases
- Interpret financial data using spreadsheets
- Project delivery skills in design, focusing on interfacing into delivery teams; understanding testing requirements
- Strong presentation & stakeholder management skills
Experience of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), MS Project and PlanView
