The service scope of outsourcing include Competence Management System consulting and Learning Management System consulting

The Competence Management System consulting cover: competence development path design, competence standard criteria design, competence evaluation design, competence management and control system, etc.

The Learning Management System consulting cover: learning strategy and business planning, learning organization design, learning process design, faculty system, curriculum system, learning infrastructure construction, learning IT platform, etc.

1.2 Deliverables

The deliverables is divided into two levels

l Develop consulting model, methodology and template

l Engage senior stakeholders of customers

l These activities and output may be done on customer's side, or in HQ of huawei (ShenZhen), or in the place consultant stay

l It is recommended that high levels of deliverables is completed by senior/director consultant

Low level deliverables

l Interview middle/low-level customers

l Collect information

l Analyze information

l Develop low-level solution

l Sort out and refine the existing project asset

l Interview report of middle/low-level customer

l Analysis report

l Low-level solution

l Acceptance report

Required Experience and Education:

Successful experience in a similar role managing enterprise-wide initiatives

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ed.D, Ph.D or Master's degree in, instructional/learning design, human resource development, educational technology, communications or a related field

At least 6+ years' experience in learning/ICT industry as HRD or consultant

English: Fluent

2.3.2 The recommended experience of consultant for high-level deliverables

At least 15+ years' experience in learning/ICT industry as HRD or consultant

Have ever been act as leader or director in the consultant project

2.3.3 The recommended experience of consultant for low-level deliverables

At least 6+ years' experience in learning/ICT industry as HRD or consultant
