Graphic Designer

Description

Equity One, Inc. is looking for a talented creative Graphic Designer to join the Company. The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and handle the design for all sales collateral, marketing brochures, ICSC Conference posters, website updates, branding materials and aerial photography overlays. This person must have excellent graphic design skills and must be able to verbalize conceptual designs, collaborate with the CEO and other Executives, and present many different design ideas. This is a full time or freelance opportunity.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Web Design.

3-5 years of experience in graphic design.

A strong portfolio displaying examples of work across digital and print.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and all of Microsoft Office.

Ability to work well in a remote environment.

Must be pro-active self-starter with the ability to be provide creative work with many options to choose from.

Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the Real Estate industry a plus.
