Campaign Manager - CRM Manager - Digital - Direct Marketing - Data Driven - Retail
Our well known digital broadcaster requires CRM Digital Marketing Manager who will plan, deliver and execute direct marketing campaigns across multiple direct marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer journey plans (eg welcome, retention, discovery) using behavioural and usage data to drive behavioural change and deepen engagement
- Brief suppliers and creative design agencies and work with them to scope, plan and manage the execution and creative design of campaigns
- Design campaigns to increase further understanding audiences, including capturing implicit and explicit preferences
- Work closely with the Campaign Management Platform Product Manager to ensure audience journey designs are technically configured and executable within the solution
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience and deep knowledge as a CRM Campaign Manager or Digital CRM Manager with proven CRM, database, social and digital marketing as an experienced practitioner
- Thorough knowledge of direct and data-driven marketing theory and practice; testing, segmentation and targeting, campaign management, campaign analysis and customer profiling.
- Hands-on practical experience of multi-channel campaign management platforms including (ideally) email, social broadcast, social listening, SMS and push app notifications
- Demonstrable experience of delivery and tactical ownership of operational end-to-end multi-channel campaign management from planning, list selection and deployment through to providing regular feedback on campaign effectiveness and performance reporting
