Description

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Resourcing Partner to join our client, a leading financial services company based in Docklands, London.

Key responsibilities of the Resourcing Partner will include:
-Develop and cultivate excellent working relationships with business stakeholders to build in-depth understanding of business drivers to enable Resourcing to drive talent value
-Lead and co-ordinate end-to-end recruitment service to the business, including being accountable for proactively communicating and updating key stakeholders
-Consult with the business to support targeted attraction strategies for relevant business area based on the business drivers/strategy, research and analysis.
-Engage with our preferred recruitment suppliers and build working partnerships to deliver the right talent.
-Establish working relationship with Resourcing Partner colleagues globally to ensure consistent delivery to the business area
-Be a team player to immediate and wider OT&F Resourcing team, supporting colleagues with daily responsibilities and knowledge share

The ideal Resourcing Partner will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Experience of financial services recruitment up to and including Director level
-Experience of specialist/niche hiring with demonstrable knowledge and experience of specific specialist recruitment
-Strong organisation and planning skills
-Proven stakeholder management across a breath of business and HR stakeholders
-Understanding of industry standards around 'best practise' recruitment
-Experience of managing and owing Resourcing data Knowledge of Relevant Employment Legislation
-Understanding of different recruitment methods and techniques and competency models
-Fully PC literate, including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and e-recruitment solutions (ideally Taleo)
