Description
Contact Centre Designer required to join our financial services client supporting a major transformation initiative. The contract will run for an initial 4 months and will be based in Edinburgh (with travel to Glasgow required).
This individual will be responsible for providing support to the Contact Centre Architect, including reviewing 3rd party deliverables for technical fit against requirements and strategic architecture.
In order to be considered for this role, applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* Contact Centre Design
* Experience in contact centre operational capabilities (call handling, workforce management, workforce optimisation, customer self-service)
* Experience in contact centre systems (Genesys, Verint)
* Experience of the above in a financial services environment
