ServiceNow Architect - Reading - ContractJob Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Reading
Contract Length: 6 Months
Day Rate: £500-£500 per day dependant on experience
Computer Futures are seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a market leading client based in Reading. You will consult, lead, & co-manage a large and ongoing Service Desk Transformation project for the businesses ServiceNow transition. You will be responsible for the ServiceNow workstream within the businesses change project while working in a consultative position to the Service Desk Transformation Project Manager.
You will take responsibility for the design of the new ServiceNow solution including telephony integrations, enterprise management, CRiSP & Active Directory. You will also be a key advisor the the current Project Manager to ensure that the solution is implemented into the project.
You key responsibilities will include the following:
- Act as the Principal Solution Architect within the ServiceNow work stream.
- Support the Lead Service Architect
- Define the ServiceNow solution in accordance with the Architecture Solution for ITG and the global platform.
- Lead the ServiceNow workstream as the sole point of contact
- Identify the implementation risks within the chosen workstream and identify effective mitigations as appropriate.
- Assess change and the impact upon the workstream and agree actions
Skills required for the role:
- Strong Knowledge of ServiceNow solutions
- The ability to work on multiple activities at one time and lead at least one multiple partner/supplier solution
- Service CSA experience in:
- Large, complex and urgent projects
- Programme/project office
- Transition projects
- Strong leadership & managerial skills
- 3rd Party Supplier management
