Purpose of the Role...

To provide marketing support to the Digital Appliances Trade Marketing team.

Key objectives

Support the Trade Marketing Managers to effectively carry out their tasks.

  • Drive efficiency through reporting and coordination
  • Increase productivity of Trade Marketing team
  • Improve internal KPIs through efficiency
  • Improve information and communication flow throughout the Trade Marketing Department

Key Responsibilities...

The main responsibilities for this role include creating retail customer store staff incentive promotions, Trade Marketing reporting, localising creative assets, organising creative assets for retailer websites, managing the Home Appliance Reward website and general administration tasks.

Added value Promotions:

  • Ownership of added value promotions - external agency management and internal stakeholder management. Responsible for launching two strategic promotions during peak trading periods within the year. This includes creative design, financial planning and ROI analysis, retail channel execution and post evaluation reporting.

Retail store staff incentive promotions:

  • Create incentive programme directly with retailer customer
  • Manage legal and tax regulation requirements
  • Prize redemption claims and deliveries
  • ROI reporting and evaluation

Reporting:

  • Marketing weekly report
  • Competitor activity
  • Media spend - ATL

Creative Assets:

  • Localise creative assets provided by head office and legal checks (images/videos)
  • Videos (legal checks and up load to YouTube)

Retailer web pages:

  • Ensure all retailer website product pages showcase rich content
  • Monitor retailer website pages and suggest areas of improvements
  • Respond to image and video requests from retailer customers

Rewards website:

  • Update new product information and rich content: images, videos, marketing assets
  • Manage extension of retail customers and access logins
  • Create emails to registered users communicating news, new product information, events etc.

General administration:

  • Manage marketing stock at agency warehouse
  • Holiday sample cover
  • Raising marketing expense EOs (SAP order number)
  • Evidence of marketing activity to finance
