Web & Web Application Designer (only U.S. based)

Description

We’re a small but growing web development company looking for a motivated and reliable designer to join our team on a freelance basis.

Requirements & Skills

You are located in the US and are a full-time freelance designer with daytime availability.

You have a good working knowledge of the web, web typography and responsive design. A decent working knowledge of WordPress helps as well but not required.

You’re comfortable in Photoshop and/or Sketch.

You enjoy working remotely, have strong communication skills and always hit your deadlines.

You’re good at taking direction but have the ability to creatively solve problems that may or may not be perfectly defined.

We’re looking for someone that’s interested in focusing on design only. We appreciate the ability to code but want to be clear that there will be no code required. Design projects might range from complete websites and applications to small UI components for existing projects. Ideally you’ll be comfortable working with developers and using a variety of communication tools to get the point across and keep things organized.
