Description
My client in West London is looking for a Senior Project Manager and a Project Manager to join the Capital Development Team on a large scale project around A&E.The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- NHS Experience is ESSENTIAL
- Qualification in Construction or Building Management
- Clinical experience - experience working with Clinicians
- Strong Project Management experience at a Senior level
- Experience managing building / construction projects
- Working within building / construction projects in an Acute or Primary Care Trust
The candidate who is appointed will have the following day to day duties:
- Working with:
* Design Managers
* Architects
* Quality Surveyors
* Electrical suppliers / Gas suppliers / systems and Services suppliers
- Will be expected to engage stakeholders who are likely to be Estates Teams and Clinicians.
The client would like to speak to someone who has delivered very high level projects ranging from 50k - 5mil.
