Description

Marketing Manager required to work for a global IT company, based in Hampshire.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination and execution of Cloud Client-Computing marketing through all routes to market in support of the company's business and revenue goals. You will be a key member of the Cloud Client Computing team and will also work closely with channel and country marketing teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Build and manage quarterly marketing plans to align with corporate objectives and partner programs
  • Ownership of field programs from inception to end results: understand regional team needs, define program and success measurement, and deliver all aspects of the program
  • B2B Demand Generation - Implement marketing campaigns that target potential customers via a variety of marketing vehicles email, direct mail, telemarketing, advertising etc. to generate quality pipeline and move prospects through the sales cycle
  • Agency management - manages agency relationships eg PR, event management, creative/digital and online media agencies
  • Managing presence at industry events together with [Client] events team
  • Generating high levels of awareness through PR, social media and online marketing
  • Building effective relationships and implementing joint marketing activities with key industry partners including Citrix, Microsoft and VMware
  • Ensuring good coordination and programme integration with [Client]'s channel marketing team
  • Forecast and management of marketing budget
  • Lead management - determine follow up process and handover to sales team, track, report, and evaluate the quantity, quality, source, and results of all leads.
  • Tracking program results, measuring program success, and monthly reporting
  • Manage MDF marketing budget process and usage
  • Understand the channel, competitive and technology landscapes and recommend appropriate marketing mix for partner marketing activity
  • Motivate the channel by creating a sense of opportunities and possibilities, encourage creativity and drive required behaviour
  • Help plan, co-ordinate, and participate in various channel sales training and partner events
