User Researcher to join a Top Tier Consultancy in Newcastle
The role holder will be required to:
As a member of an Agile scrum team tasked with delivering a digital service for the client, you will be responsible for identifying the various user groups for the service and delivering insightful research into what those users need the service to do and working with a user experience and content designer to work out how best to design the service so the identified user groups will be able to and will want to use it.
Key skills/experience:
Essential
- Must have extensive User Researcher experience
- Digital experience would be highly advantageous
- Agile and Scrum knowledge and experience would be beneficial
- This role will be 5 days a week in Newcastle
