Source Fire Consultant
One of the world leading vendors are looking for a Source Fire expert consultant to work on site, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on a 3 month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get on board and work with one of the world leaders in the telecom industry.
To be considered for the position, you will need to have operational experience designing and deploying Source Fire policies. You must be especially strong in configuration to detect Command and Control Channels, have strength in configuring to detect Indicators of Compromise is a bonus, experience creating custom rules for Source Fire, experience with new Source Fire IPS deployments inside and outside the enterprise network perimeter (outside the Firewall), experience tuning the rules after deployment, experience handling Source Fire alerts in a SOC environment, operational experience customizing Source Fire dashboards to improve incident identification, experience documenting design and creating Work Instructions/Standard Operating Procedures.
You will be highly regarded for the role if you have operational and CSOC experience creating and deploying Source Fire policy (rulesets). You will act as a functional bridge between the Client Sensor Team and the CSOC Operations Team. Source fire Certified (SFCP) will be highly considered.
