Description

Responsible for:

  • ensuring the SAP technical solution fully integrates with the HR business function
  • being a trusted advisor to the HR Sponsor and recommending decisions based on SAP best practices
  • operating as an integrated member of the HR Business Team and SAP Project Team, specifically working closely with IT, Business, and SI IT Leads
  • Ownership of the HR processes and responsibility for the timely sign-off of HR deliverables within SAP
  • Ensure the HR Team understanding of SAP best practices, while incorporating the processes
  • Responsible for resolution of escalated issues such as resource allocation, design, scope, delay and process integration
  • Communicating SAP HR status and recommendations to the HR Business Sponsor, ensuring timely decisions and actions
  • Responsible for identification and mitigation of risks and challenges with SAP Project Management
  • Accountable for training the trainers & identification of super users
  • Responsible for team identification and team building within organizational change management
  • Accountable for business impact analysis
  • Liaise with SAP Project and Program Management
  • Recommend improvements to HR business processes.
  • Experience in Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) beneficial
  • Previous experience in the Middle East beneficial
  • Provide clarity and recommendations to the HR Business Sponsor
  • Liaise closely with SAP HR Business Track and Sub-Track Leads
  • Liaise with SAP and HR vendors, partners and business sponsors
  • Liaise with other Business functions where required
  • Provide creative solutions that mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • All areas of SAP HR and the HR Business
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicting situations

  • Highly experienced SAP HR/HCM/Payroll Consultant
  • At least 3 full life cycle SAP HR implementations
  • Functional and Technical SAP HR expertise
  • Strong understand of all HR business functions
  • Writing of schemes in Payroll and Time, Time & Attendance etc.
  • Saudi Payroll experience beneficial
  • At least 10 years of working in project environments
  • Previous experience in large scale SAP HR projects
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details in order to ensure overall quality of work
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
