Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in London are recruiting for a Governance Service Line Co-ordinator for an initial period of 3 months.To be considered for this role you must have a least 2 years experience working in governance, complaints or patient experience within the NHS.
Your main responsibilities in this post include;
- Writing complaint responses
- Working with complainants face to face and on the phone
- Chairing local resolution meetings
- Some SI work (though it is not essential you have experience in this)
- Using / working with DATIX
