Customer Support Engineer CAR - Radio/DSP
I am currently looking for a Customer Support Engineer to be based in Nijmegen.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer support within the Radio domain.
QandA to NXP regional support.
Reviewing customer radio design.
Creating customer reference material (PCB or customer documents or software releases).
Reproducing customer reported issues in the lab.
Candidate Skills and Requirements
Required skills and competences:
Experience in SW defined Radio domain (AM/FM, DAB, HD, DRM) = one of these domains is a MUST
Experience in technical customer support and/or design-in experience = MUST)
Hands-on experience in electronic design, Embedded SW and Digital Signal Processing (DSP). = MUST
Lab measurement skills and automated measurements
