For our client in the Telco sec tor we are looking for a senior IP engineer
Start:
Duration: 3 months initial contract (possible extension)
Location: Between Brussels and Antwerp
Language: English (Dutch is a big plus)
The IP team of our client is currently over occupied and need your help with a few projects. Your work will be (50/50) divided over 2 tasks. The first will be the IP design for new projects revolving around TV (Digital Television, OTT). Second you will be responsible for a project to set up a new Carrier grade Firewall. This concerns a new datacenter, you'll be tasked with setting up the switching infrastructure and the Firewall. This will start at vendor selection and end at implementation.
Besides being able to do the technical design, you'll work in the lab to build setups. After the design is done and tested, you'll work closely together with the operational team to implement the design.
Skills:
- Technical lead profile
- Multiple platform IP knowledge (Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent 7750, Juniper)
- Strong experience in IP design
- Strong Firewall knowledge
- Experience in ISP's is preferred
