Description

Mission Description - Management Assistant
Mission responsibilities:
*
Manage Outlook calendar, phone calls, correspondence, business travels, expense reports, office supplies/orders, meetings organization for the manager mainly and for some team members upon request
*
Team meetings organization & attendance : note taking of actions & related follow-up
*
Powerpoint presentations, draft of Word documents, data analysis and reports in Excel
*
Contact person with external vendors & invoice handling
*
Act as liaison between management and staff; between external/internal contacts
*
Maintain filing
*
Facilitate communication flows through the department (news & collaboration site)

5 years' experience as assistant
*
Studies:
Executive Assistant degree (can be replaced by years of experience)

Assistant background
*
Languages:
English is the main language to be used
French & Dutch can be a plus
Reason Request:
Temporary mission whilst we are recruiting the team's manager's assistant
Hours per week:
40 hours /week
5 days / week
