Good knowledge on SAP HCM
Should Focus on vendor integration delivery.
Ability to clearly define and document a plan
The Job Responsibility includes:
Should work with vendor to secure technical requirements,
Should do detailed design and write FS/STM
Should be able to partner with vendor, batch, TAS to build solution and resolve issues
Should be able to partner with vendor, QM, BA to ensure system process is defined and tested
Should resolve issues appropriately
Plan work, deliver against dates, provide appropriate status reporting, be accountable and handle ambiguity
