Description
Senior Business AnalystA key banking client has a requirement for a Senior HR Business Analyst, based in Bristol. The Senior Business Analyst is required to manage business engagements, translate business needs into clear and actionable work packages, and design and facilitate business need workshops.
The candidate must come from a HR background, preferably from within Financial Services and local candidates will have preference as there is potential for the contract to be extended to a long term contract.
You must meet the following criteria to be considered for the role:
Strong HR experience is essential
Extensive working knowledge of SAP Payroll and HR systems
Excellent report production and communication skills
Previous Financial Services experience
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Respond to and monitor queries arising from implementation
